At The Barrel Burn Society, we take pride in offering premium hand-rolled cigars and curated experiences. Due to the nature of tobacco products and regulatory requirements, returns are limited. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.

1. Tobacco Product Sales

Due to health regulations and the nature of tobacco products, all cigar and tobacco product sales are considered final once shipped.

The Barrel Burn Society does not accept returns on cigars or tobacco products once they have been delivered.

This policy ensures product quality, safety, and compliance with tobacco industry standards.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to making it right.

Customers must contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund of the affected item

3. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

We will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Refund

4. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Missing adult signature

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Refusal of delivery

may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees.

Refunds will be processed once the returned package has been received and inspected.

5. Event Tickets and Experiences

The Barrel Burn Society hosts exclusive cigar events and experiences.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Event registrations are non-refundable

  • Tickets may be transferable to another guest if requested in advance

If an event is cancelled by The Barrel Burn Society, customers will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • Credit toward a future event

6. Memberships and Subscription Programs

If The Barrel Burn Society offers membership programs or cigar subscriptions:

  • Membership fees may be non-refundable once the subscription period has begun

  • Customers may cancel future billing cycles according to membership terms

Details regarding membership cancellation will be outlined within the membership program terms.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Payments are processed through our secure third-party processor BankFul.

8. Policy Updates

The Barrel Burn Society reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
